This herby marinated Feta is the ideal blend of two Mediterranean cultures. Our cooperative’s magnificent view of fields of olive trees and wild herbs inspired us to add a Moroccan twist to this Greek recipe, made with pasteurized Alpine goat milk.
The women of Lalla Takerkoust carefully harvested and produced thyme, rosemary and olive oil to nourish and bless your community with this fresh, salty and slightly tangy cheese.
You can enjoy feta cheese’s rich and lactic lemony flavour during its availability from January to August. It is ideal when combined with tomatoes and green salads to freshen up your summer days.
