Description
The light-purple pennyroyal flowers, which are loved by bees, thrive in the wake of Ouad Ahensal stream. Our women spend hours wandering the High Atlas Mountains, hand-picking this rare plant. Because of its tangy flavour and cool aftertaste, it can be used in small doses in salad dressings, tea flavouring and sauce zesting.
Avoid use whilst pregnant, breastfeeding or suffering from kidney disease.
