Carob Six-Grain Couscous is an additive-free and teamwork product, made following the traditional method by the women of the cooperative to bless you with the nutritional benefits of wheat, barley, spelt, chickpeas, oats, and carob.
We made our couscous while singing and reciting poems in which we praise God for his grace and mercies and ask him to bless this preparation.
