Our culinary almond oil is extracted from wild almonds harvested in the region of Ait Attab and certified by the National Office for Sanitary Safety of Food Products (ONSSA).
Almond oil is an excellent dietary source of vitamin E, which is a powerful antioxidant that fights the ageing effects of free radical oxidation.
Besides its light nutty-roasty flavour, slightly sweet taste, it is rich in essential fatty acids, and a good source of vitamins A and B, which makes it perfect for baking, and can even be used as a salad dressing.
