Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra virgin oil extracted from wild olive trees in Ait Attab. The pronounced taste of Moroccan olive oil and particularly that of Ait Attab comes from the quality of the Moroccan olive variety, known as picholine.
These olive trees, some of which are 300 years old, were planted by our ancestors, nourished and grown by nature, and harvested by Attabi women so that we could share this extra virgin oil with the rest of the world.
The cold pressing of this olive variety yields a high-quality oil with a pungent fruity flavour and aroma that lasts all year. Include our olive oil in your diet to treat your tastebuds and enjoy its light-bitter taste with a subtle astringent aftertaste. According to chemical analysis, the oil from this region is balanced in terms of spiciness and bitterness, with an acidity of less than 0.6%.
Our extra virgin oils produced with care are certified by the National Office for Sanitary Safety of Food Products (ONSSA) and guaranteed to bear the Protected Geographical Indications label (PGI).
