Fresh pasteurized cream cheese spread produced by pasture-raised Alpine goats in Lalla Takerkoust. This cheese has a smooth and refreshing texture as it is low in fat and salt.
Its recipe was made with love by our cooperative family for you to enjoy with family and friends. It goes well with both sweet and salty foods, so you can try it with crackers, olives, and cucumbers, as well as syrup-soaked pancakes.
