Renowned throughout Morocco for their fruity flavour and juicy texture, Ait Attab olives are high in nutrients, flavours, and beneficial properties. Sourced from Picholine olive trees in the High Atlas Mountains and traditionally processed to preserve its robust flavour and aroma.
Taytmatine cooperative offers two types of vacuum-packed marinated olives that zest with lemony flavours and burst with herbal hints. Our green olives are marinated in lemon juice with thyme and chilli flakes, while our black olives are preserved in olive oil with thyme, both of which can be enjoyed as a snack or an aperitif.
